Incoloy Sheets and Plates typically consist of 47-51% nickel, 19-23% chromium, and 29-34% iron, with small amounts of molybdenum (2-3%), titanium (0.2-0.5%), and copper (0.5-1%). This composition provides excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation, carburization, and corrosion in a wide range of environments, including acidic and alkaline solutions. The mechanical properties of Incoloy include a tensile strength of 80-95 ksi (550-655 MPa), yield strength of 30-50 ksi (205-345 MPa), and elongation of 30%.
