Incoloy 825 Angle is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium, providing excellent resistance to corrosion in a variety of harsh environments. Its composition includes approximately 38-46% nickel, 19-23% chromium, 2.5-3.5% molybdenum, 1.5-3% copper, and small amounts of titanium and iron. Mechanical properties of Incoloy 825 include high tensile strength (up to 800 MPa), yield strength (up to 400 MPa), and good elongation (up to 35%). This alloy also maintains excellent ductility and impact toughness, making it suitable for chemical processing, marine, and high-temperature applications.
