Hastelloy C276, for example, has approximately 14-16% chromium, 15-17% molybdenum, and 4-7% iron, while Hastelloy C22 contains 20-22% chromium and 12-14% molybdenum. These alloys provide exceptional mechanical properties, including tensile strength of 75-90 ksi, yield strength of 30-60 ksi, and elongation of 30-40%, making them suitable for demanding applications.
