Duplex Steel Sheets and Plates are made from a balanced blend of austenite and ferrite, incorporating 22-25% chromium, 4-6% nickel, 3-4% molybdenum, and controlled nitrogen levels. This unique composition provides exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. With a tensile strength of 620-850 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 450 MPa, Duplex Steel exhibits twice the strength of traditional stainless steel. Its excellent toughness and ductility make it a reliable choice for use in corrosive and high-pressure environments.
